Are you a seasoned Dispatch or Fleet Manager with a strong understanding of cross-boarder shipping and a knack for building lasting relationships?  If you know your way around DOT regulations, can keep a fleet running like a well-oiled machine, and take pride in doing things right, we want to hear from you!

Position Summary: 
  • Grow and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and sustain strong, trustworthy relationships with our established customer base.
  • Fleet Management: Dispatch and manage the fleet, ensuring compliance with Federal and Provincial Hours of Service regulations.
  • Safety First: Work closely with the Operations Department to manage fleet requirements and uphold safety standards.
  • Profitability: Maintain the levels of profit established by management.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and manage filing systems.
  • Permit Management: Plan, monitor, and maintain permits for oversized loads, including arranging for pilot cars.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle challenges with an inquisitive and logical approach, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience: 4+ years in dispatch/fleet management.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with MS Office and dispatch software like Samsara.
  • Clear Communicator: Direct and effective communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to keep operations running smoothly
Bonus Points For: 
  • A degree in logistics is a plus, but experience matters most.
