Job Description
Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client looking for a Welder to join their team! Successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating and installing product to meet the highest quality standards. If you are a talented welder, we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $35-42/hr. based on experience
- Monday-Friday (with some weekends as needed)
Position Summary:
- Fabricating equipment, machinery, and other product as dictated by client needs
- Installing product for clients
- Reading and interpretating blueprints and production specifications
- Working with manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in processes such as; shielded metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, and flux core arc welding
- Completing work at high standard of quality
- Meeting all health and safety requirements (internal and provincial) before and during work
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a current Welding Certificate or Inter-Provincial Red Seal ticket
- Apprentices are welcome to apply
- Candidates must be able to pass CWB welding tests
- Class 5 license AND current and clean drivers abstract
- Strong spatial awareness and ability to think three dimensionally
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in tight or awkward positions
