Job Description

Our client is currently in need of dedicated individuals for general production work at their facility. Successful candidates will be reliable, punctual, and excited to work with others!

Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $20-$25/hr. based on experience
 
Position Summary: 
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Following all safety protocols
  • General cleaning of work areas and equipment
  • Manual sorting of products to eliminate foreign material and defects from the production line
  • Loading and unloading items manually from machines
  • Assisting with product packaging
  • Maintaining a clean and debris-free work area
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Steel-toed boots and work gloves
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. safely
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Previous experience in production or warehousing environments
  • Familiarity with quality assurance principles
