Location: Coaldale
Pay: $21-$24/hr
Hours: Rotating Schedule (Days & Evenings)

Position Summary: 
  • Operate Equipment: Run and maintain seed processing machines like cleaners and dryers.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform basic repairs and keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test seeds to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production and seed quality.
  • Packaging & Labeling: Assist with packaging and labeling seeds to industry standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage seed inventory throughout the process.
  • Safety First: Follow safety guidelines and keep your workspace clean.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
Required Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in seed production, agriculture, or related field.
  • Basic mechanical skills for equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various condition. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
  • Forklift license is a plus.
Bonus Points For: 
  • Certification in agriculture or a related field.
  • Previous experience with seed processing equipment and quality control procedures is highly desirable
