Are you an experienced project manager passionate about delivering high-quality projects while fostering strong client relationships? Our client is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead impactful projects that serve businesses and communities.

Compensation & Hours: 
  • Salary: 100k – 115k 
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional weekends as needed

 Position Summary: 
  • Oversee all aspects of construction and preconstruction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Site Superintendent and project team to develop and maintain project scope, budget, schedules, and plans
  • Build strong client relationships with exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations 
  • Act as a community advocate to ensure positive project impact
Required Qualifications: 
  • Degree/diploma/certification in Engineering, Construction Management, Carpentry or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience in commercial, agriculture or industrial construction
  • Current class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, specifications, budgets, and schedules
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams from initiation to completion
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to manage stakeholder relationships and address challenges effectively
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building positive community relationships
Bonus Points For: 
  • Sage 300 experience
  • Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, PMP, CET or P.Eng.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with roots in Lethbridge, AB
