Our client is seeking a team-oriented Customer Service Liaison! Often the first point of contact with customers, the Customer Service Liaison is responsible for understanding the customer’s needs and then assigning an appropriate employee to help with their resolution. In addition, the Customer Service Liaison enters daily transactional information for their department and follows up on reconciliation reports that ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely, accurate manner. Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $19-$22/Hour
  • Benefits package available after probationary period
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Schedule will be Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary: 
  • Answer customer calls
  • Actively work to resolve any customer concerns or issues and minimize inconvenience to the customer
  • Ensure schedules are kept full and free of conflicts, yet capable of handling important emergency calls
  • Follow up on parts ordered and schedule jobs when they have arrived
  • Create work orders, post job costs, and invoice/progress jobs as required
  • Process warranty registrations and follow up on warranty claims
  • Follow up on various scheduled reports to ensure processes are accurate and complete
  • Take payments and follow up on collections calls
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations
Required Qualifications: 
  • 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong spelling, grammar, computer, typing, MS Office, and data input skills
  • Positive, helpful, and professional attitude
Bonus Points For: 
  • Post-Secondary education in administration
  • Prior experience in fast paced customer service environment like retail, food and beverage, or catering
