Job Description

Select People Solutions is on the hunt for four Data Entry Administrators to assist with a data migration project for our client in February 2025. This is a 2 – 3 week assignment where you'll get to flex your data skills while helping a company transition to a new operating system.

Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $20/hr. 
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with the potential for some Saturdays
  • Fulltime, daytime hours 
 
Position Summary: 
  • Accurately entering work orders into the new system
  • Ensuring data integrity during migration
  • Following clear instructions 
  • Managing confidential information with discretion
  • Archiving or backing up data as needed
  • Performing quality checks to catch and correct errors
  • Updating records and ensuring proper file organization
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Familiarity with database systems; can quickly learn new software
  • Attention to detail – numbers, words, you name it!
  • Willingness to ask questions
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
  • Team player who collaborates well with colleagues
  • Fast and accurate typing
