Compensation & Hours: 
  • Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr. based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

     
Position Summary: 
  • Calendar and Email Management: Coordinate complex schedules, prioritize executive appointments, and handle high volumes of email efficiently
  • Project Coordination: Support and occasionally lead special projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are well-managed
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, compile reports, assist with presentations, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Confidential Document Handling: Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy with all sensitive information
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist in preparing data-driven reports and presentations to support strategic decisions
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience: 2+ years in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis tools
  • Strategic Support: Ability to anticipate needs and provide insights for strategic initiatives
  • Project Management Knowledge: Experience coordinating complex projects
  • Advanced Reporting and Data Analysis: Skilled in data interpretation and presentation
  • Technological Adaptability: Quick to adopt new software and digital tools
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Project management experience or EA roles with multi-stakeholder coordination
