We are seeking experienced construction laborers to join our team on a busy commercial building site. If you have a solid background in construction and are looking to elevate your skills, we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Hours: 
  • The pay rate is $20-$25/hour, depending on experience
  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, occasional weekends
 
Position Summary: 
  • Assist in site preparation, including clearing, grading, excavating and ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Load and unload materials and ensure proper storage and organization on-site.
  • Set up and take down scaffolding, ladders, and temporary structures.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and mixers, while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, regularly removing debris and ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial construction or related fields
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools; basic mechanical skills preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
  • Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to take on various tasks and challenges as they arise.
 
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Certified tradesperson in relevant field (carpenter, electrician, plumber, HVAC, structural steel erector, etc.)
    • certified tradespeople will be paid according to certification level
