Job Description

We’re looking for a Finishing Carpenter who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and the finer details that turn a good project into a great one. If you thrive on transforming raw materials into polished perfection, this could be the role for you!

 Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $25 - $30/hr. 
  • This is a full-time and permanent position 
  • 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. 
 Position Summary: 
  • Installing trim, baseboards, and doors (outdoors and indoors), as well as other customer woodwork such as crown molding and wainscotting 
  • Custom millwork
  • Reading blueprints and ensuring all work meets high-quality standards
  • Measuring and cutting materials with precision
 Required Qualifications: 
  • Previous finishing experience 
  • Knowledge of tools, materials, and best practices in finishing carpentry, specifically chop saw, table saw, and wood working tools
  • A professional, respectful attitude when working with clients and team members
  • Self sufficient and can work autonomously
  • Valid class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle to drive to various sites between Enchant and Pincher creek (mileage paid for)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for design and quality
