Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client as they search for a Funds Development Manager. You will be obtaining and coordinating long term and planned donors for the facility. Successful candidates will be people orientated with strong communication skills.

Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $55K - $72K/year
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid role – must reside in Lethbridge area
 
Position Summary: 
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing all steps of the sponsor/donor cultivation cycle, including the communication of relevant information 
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and requests are completed
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements as dictated by government programs and internal practices
  • Tracking, planning, and strategic evaluations of programs and campaigns
  • Collaborating with internal teams, senior leadership, and other departments to ensure alignment with strategic planning
  • Acquire long term facility sponsorships, long term program sponsorships, and event donations
  • Managing spending to ensure the creation, adherence, and tracking as related to facility budgets
  • Leading members of the fund development team, including training, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Fostering relationships within the community, educating others on fund development, community events, initiatives, and projects
  • Identifying recommendations for growth within the facility and Fund Development department 
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Post Secondary Education in administration, marketing, or business
  • 3+ years of experience within fund development, coordination, or community development roles
  • 2+ years experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including written and verbal – must be able to speak to external stakeholders
  • 3 professional references are required
  • Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check
