Compensation & Hours: 
  • Salary: $55,000/year
  • Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4:30 pm
 
Position Summary: 
  • Provide tailored insurance products and services to individuals and small business clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and excellent service.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, handling tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Contribute to a fun, family-oriented workplace by participating in team-building activities and events.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to ensure clients receive the best coverage options.
Required Qualifications: 
  • Valid Level 1 General Insurance Certificate. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration.
  • Customer-service-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Creative and able to think outside the box to solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Values integrity, trust, and building long-lasting relationships.
