Job Description

Our client is seeking Lean and Quality Program Coordinator will take ownership of implementing and managing our quality and lean initiatives. In this role, you will lead efforts to optimize processes, uphold the highest quality standards, and instill a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will shape and execute programs that enhance performance and deliver exceptional results.
 
Please note this position is outside of Lethbridge city limits, reliable transportation is a must!

Compensation & Hours: 
  • Salary: $70k - $75k  
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
     
Position Summary: 
  • Implement lean practices to improve project efficiency
  • Oversee and ensure QA/QC procedures meet industry standards
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with teams to address inefficiencies and enhance processes
  • Manage quality improvement projects and track progress
  • Train staff on quality control and lean practices
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of experience leading quality assurance, lean initiatives, or safety auditing. 
  • High school diploma
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in developing and managing organizational programs is a plus
Bonus Points For: 
  • Lean Six Sigma certification 
  • Education in supply chain management
