Job Description

We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join our client’s team as a Maintenance Technician. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong mechanical aptitude, this role might be the right fit for you!

Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $30-$41/hr. depending on tickets and experience
  • Rotating shift work 
 
Position Summary: 
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Help the maintenance team fabricate and install equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out corrective action
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Work closely with production teams to support operational needs
  • Recieve, inspect, label, and organize parts for project builds
  • Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment complies with regulatory standards
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience repairing equipment within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read and understand machine drawings
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and preventive maintenance
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Food Manufacturing Experience
  • Journeyman Millwright, Mechanic, or Welder is an asset
