Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead high-performing manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment. This role will work to bridge the gap between corporate directions and front-line executions. In this role, the successful candidate will guide supervisors across multiple shifts to ensure seamless operations, safety, and quality.

Compensation & Hours
  • $110K-$160K
  • Full-time, on-site position with flexible scheduling
  • Monday to Friday, occasional weekend coordination
 
Position Summary
  • Lead and mentor production supervisors 
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and support real-time issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S and quality standards
  • Optimize materials, labor, and equipment use
  • Champion lean practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is required, Master’s Degree is an asset. 
  • 10+ years experience managing large-scale, multi-shift teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Track record of implementing lean or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in digital manufacturing systems
  • Skilled in managing labor relations and operational budgets
 
Bonus Points For:

  • Bilingual in English/French
