Job Description

Are you experienced with agricultural equipment and enjoy hands-on problem-solving? Our client is hiring a Parts & Service Coordinator to support clients and technicians in keeping equipment running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage work orders, assist customers, and oversee parts inventory, combining technical know-how with customer service skills.

Compensation & Hours: 
  • Wage: $20-$22/hr.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (occasional Saturdays during peak season)

     
Position Summary: 
  • Act as the primary contact for service requests, diagnostics, and parts inquiries
  • Manage work orders from intake to completion, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service
  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, tracking, and cataloging
  • Provide hands-on assistance in preparing parts for service jobs and resolving any parts-related issues
  • Advise customers on maintenance and parts, using knowledge of agricultural equipment
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience: Background in service writing, equipment service, or parts
  • Customer Service: Clear communication, adapting explanations to meet customer needs
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate tasks, manage inventory, and adjust to customer needs
  • Prioritizing: Skilled at prioritizing orders to ensure efficient service
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting specifications
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various programs to manage parts and service tasks
  • Professionalism: Respect for agricultural work, with a focus on teamwork and reliability
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Certification in parts or mechanical work
