Compensation & Hours: 
  • The salary will be $85K - $100K dependent on experience 
  • This is a full-time, permanent position
Position Summary: 
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments such as opening and closing work orders, preparing and submitting warranty claims, and providing consistently reliable customer service
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets 
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for change to support positive business growth
  • Scheduling service work to be done both in the field and in the shop
  • Working closely with customers to fully understand their needs and offering effective solutions 
  • Managing and maintain parts inventory 
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, training and performance
  • Managing a team of mechanics and technicians through mentoring, coaching and encouraging professional development
Required Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years in Parts and Services Management, with a preference for the heavy-duty equipment industry
  • Journeyman Parts Technician
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong understanding of material handling in inventory control
  • Tech savvy and an ability to pick up new software’s quickly
