Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $30-$35/hr. based on experience
  • Monday-Friday – weekends as needed 
 
Position Summary: 
  • Repair or maintain trailer structures, frames, axles, and landing gear assemblies
  • Work with team leads to diagnose and repair RV gas/water heaters, appliances, and refrigeration systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while delivering excellent customer service
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed
  • Weld and fabricate aluminum and steel trailer accessories
  • Handle brakes, bearings, tires, axles, hubs, and exterior reskinning
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience in maintenance (mechanics, heavy duty equipment, automotive, ect.) 
  • Journeyman RV Technician certification 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with others 
  • Must have your own toolbox and basic tools
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can pass a criminal record check
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Certification/Pre-employment certification in the trades
