Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with Cam Air Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in their search for a Refrigeration Service Manager to join their team. Successful candidates will be experienced in refrigeration servicing and repair. If you have strong leadership skills and are able to troubleshoot on the fly – we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $90K - $105K/year based on experience
  • Day-time hours with on call rotation
 
Position Summary: 
  • Manage and oversee commercial refrigeration projects from start to finish
  • Complete service, installation, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning units 
  • Lead and mentor a team of estimators, project coordinators, installers and fabricators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of projects
  • Ensure that customer service and quality of work remains at the focus of projects and client interactions
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 4-5+ years of experience in a refrigeration technician/mechanic role 
  • Valid JM refrigeration technician or refrigeration mechanic certification
  • Strong people skills – including interpersonal communication and business development
  • Knowledge and experience in providing estimates and take-offs
  • Leadership experience – ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and coordinating tasks of others, and providing needed support
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check
