Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client in their search for a Showroom Sales to join their team! Successful candidates will have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to customers and clients. Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $22-$25/hr. based on experience
  • Monday-Friday 
 
Position Summary: 
  • Meeting or exceeding established monthly targets
  • Assisting customers and providing product recommendations that suit their needs 
  • Updating product displays and ensuring showroom merchandise is presentable and themed appropriately
  • Completing sales calls and customer meetings
  • Building relationships within the community through events and local marketing
  • Entering orders and quotes into the system to ensure purchases are expedited 
  • Engaging in proactive communication with customers and clients
  • Addressing customer inquiries in a timely fashion
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 2 years experience in a customer service role (serving, retail, etc.)
  • Valid drivers license with a clean abstract
  • Goal and results orientated 
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and a high standard of integrity
  • Technological aptitude; ability to learn new software and have familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, clients, and key vendors through strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Creative thinking that allows for the creation of new sales strategies and strong problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills 
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or other relevant field
  • Previous experience working within showrooms
