Compensation & Hours: 
  • Expected salary is $70,000 - $100,000/year (depending on experience)
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Monday to Friday (daytime hours, with seasonal flexibility)
 
Position Summary: 
  • Lead and supervise daily on-site construction operations
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers
  • Oversee inspections, reporting, and equipment maintenance
  • Manage subcontractors and support efficient site flow
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or similar
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence managing crews
  • Solid understanding of blueprints and project plans
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and project software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • First Aid and/or OSHA certification
  • Diploma in construction management or similar
