Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $17-$23/hr, depending on the position
  • Includes part-time, casual, and contract positions
Job Duties:  
  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Scanning, faxing, copying, mailing, filing, and printing documents as required
  • Creating & maintaining spreadsheets
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings as required
  • Bookkeeping
  • Minute taking 
  • Basic custodial
  • Social media marketing 
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the team for other tasks as required
Required Qualifications: 
  • 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team setting
  • Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of MS Suite 
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to think critically and work independently
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail
Bonus Points For: 
  • Administrative Office Professional Certificate or similar diploma
  • Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Bookkeeping experience
