Compensation & Hours: 
  • The expected salary will be $65K - $70K + bonus, based on experience
  • This is a full-time, permanent position
  • On-site with occasional travel required
  • Candidates must reside in Lethbridge or surrounding area 
 
Position Summary: 
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, acting as a liaison between the company and tenants 
  • Coordinating general operations, maintenance, security, and projects
  • Performing property inspections and developing relationships with tenants to allow for implementation of tenant retention plans
  • Performing full-cycle tenant management, administering leases, vacancy reports maintenance needs, and document management
  • Ensuring company compliance with insurance, renewals, invoicing, and service orders
  • Improving property performance through creating a variety of investment plans
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 1+ year experience in commercial property management or Multi-complex residential property management
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict management
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines and responsibilities are met
  • Must reside in Lethbridge or surrounding area
  • A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check and complete a credit check 
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and drive to grow with the company
  • Ability to innovate processes and utilize technology
 
Bonus Points For: 
  • Certification/License in property management
  • Previous experience with property management softwares
