Compensation & Hours: 
  • This will be a fulltime, permanent position
  • The rate of pay is expected to be $100K/year - $120K/year
  • Located in Taber, AB
 
Position Summary: 
  • Managing daily operations of the branch ensuring performance metrics are met and customers are served in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with company values and policies by all levels of staff
  • Addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Working with the HR division to recruit, hire, and onboard staff 
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback for staff 
  • Creating, monitoring, and presenting branch budgets ensuring accurate reporting and corrective action as needed
  • Driving revenue growth, profitability, and development through sales and community outreach
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 5 years’ experience in a management role, including the management of a parts and service department 
  • Experience working with Heavy Duty Equipment 
  • Ability to hold staff accountable to company values and policies in a respectful manner
  • Enthusiasm for working with others and helping develop staff members
  • Must be willing to relocate or already live in Taber
