Our agricultural client is looking for a millwright to join their plant’s maintenance team. Their ideal candidate will have exemplary problem-solving skills and a keen eye for process improvements to keep their equipment running effectively and safely.

Compensation & Hours: 
  • This is a fulltime and permanent position 
  • The rate of pay will be $47.44/hr.
  • Rotating 12 hour shifts on an averaging agreement 
 
Position Summary: 
  • Trouble shooting, repairing, upgrading, installing, and applying preventative maintenance systems on a wide variety of facilities, machines, and equipment
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to equipment and processes 
  • Maintaining records and all other documentation related to repairs and maintenance 
  • Assisting with seasonal retrofitting plans
  • Maintaining inventory of key parts for equipment 
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Journeyman or formal apprenticeship program Millwright
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Utmost respect for workplace safety and environmental responsibility
