Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $20/hour
•    Monday through Friday, daytime hours

Position Summary:
•    Provide administrative support to multiple departments and team members
•    Answer phones, greet visitors, and maintain a professional first impression
•    Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office communications
•    Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files
•    Enter and update information with accuracy and attention to detail
•    Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office projects
•    Prioritize competing tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•    Support day-to-day office operations and help keep the workplace running efficiently

Required Qualifications:
•    Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced role
•    Exceptional organizational and time management skills
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Class 5 drivers license and reliable vehicle
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
•    High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
•    Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
•    Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Bonus Points For:
•    Experience coordinating schedules or supporting multiple team members
•    Familiarity with office equipment and document management
•    Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or ERP software
•    Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
