Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $22–$30/hr, depending on experience and apprenticeship level
•    Full-time position
•    Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or Saturdays as required

Position Summary:
•    Assist with residential and/or commercial framing and carpentry projects
•    Measure, cut, and assemble building materials according to project specifications
•    Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings with guidance as needed
•    Safely operate hand and power tools
•    Support site preparation, framing, installation, and finishing tasks
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
•    Work closely with Journeyperson Carpenters while continuing to develop your trade skills
•    Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
•    Registered 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Carpenter Apprentice
•    Previous hands-on carpentry or construction experience
•    Ability to use common carpentry hand and power tools safely
•    Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
•    Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math
•    Physically capable of lifting materials and working in a demanding environment
•    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Bonus Points For:
•    Experience with residential or commercial framing
•    Fall Protection, CSTS, First Aid, or other construction safety certifications
•    Experience reading blueprints and layout drawings
