Our client, a well-established property management company serving Lethbridge and Southern Alberta for over 30 years, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Foreman to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties.

Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $72-82K/year based on experience
•    Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
•    Occasional overtime is required

Position Summary:
•    Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple commercial properties
•    Supervise, mentor, and support maintenance assistants
•    Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry components
•    Assess repair requirements, prioritize service requests, and coordinate materials or external trades as needed
•    Complete general building maintenance including painting, patching, fixture installation, and repairs
•    Perform seasonal property maintenance including landscaping, mowing, and snow removal
•    Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
•    Communicate proactively with management regarding property conditions, maintenance priorities, and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:
•    Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance, facility maintenance, or multi-trade experience
•    Experience working with building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality workmanship
•    Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, telehandlers, riding mowers, and trailers
•    Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on maintenance work
•    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
•    Customer-focused, professional, and dependable approach to work
•    Valid driver’s license with a 3 year clean driving abstract
•    Willingness to travel surrounding Southern Alberta locations as required
•    Flexibility to accommodate seasonal and operational scheduling needs
•    Functioning smartphone
•    Previous leadership or team supervision experience

•    Trade certifications or formal training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields
•    Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers
•    Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and building safety standards
