Bookkeeper
Job Description

- The rate of pay will be $$55,000–$60,000/year, depending on experience
- Full-time, temporary position with potential for permanent
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial reports as needed
- Record journal entries and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end processes
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Education in Accounting or a related field
- Experience with payroll or tax-related processes
- Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
