Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

Compensation & Hours:
• $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
• Part-time, 20–25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday schedule
Position Summary:
• Perform daily data entry related to inventory and receiving, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and update inventory records, tracking incoming shipments and stock levels
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all details are complete and accurate
• Provide administrative support across departments, keeping documentation organized and up to date
• Assist with basic marketing tasks such as content updates, communications, or promotional support
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general computer systems
Bonus Points For:
• Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field
• Experience with inventory systems, purchasing, or order processing
• Exposure to marketing or communications tasks
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
