Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with Silver Ridge Construction in their search for an experienced General Manager to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and success. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and the long-term success of the organization.

As General Manager, you will provide strategic direction while maintaining accountability for project delivery, profitability, and organizational growth. The successful candidate will strengthen industry relationships, support business development initiatives, and foster a culture built on professionalism, integrity, and employee satisfaction.

Position Summary
•    Lead company operations, project performance, and overall business results
•    Oversee profit and loss while supporting sustainable growth
•    Mentor and develop leaders across the organization
•    Execute strategic initiatives and long-term business objectives
•    Build relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
•    Analyze performance metrics and provide reporting to ownership

Required Qualifications
•    7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry
•    Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
•    Proven success leading teams, operations, and business performance
•    Strong understanding of project delivery, financial management, and P&L accountability
•    Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results
•    Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
•    Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
