Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a dependable and hardworking Farm Hand to support daily agricultural operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and contributing to a productive farming environment. Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $20-25/hr, depending on experience
•    Full-time, temporary position
•    Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekends as required during busy seasons

Position Summary:
•    Assist with daily farm operations and general property maintenance
•    Operate tractors and other farm equipment as required
•    Load, unload, and transport materials, seed, or supplies
•    Support planting, harvesting, irrigation, and other seasonal activities
•    Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report mechanical concerns
•    Monitor work areas and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized farm environment
•    Complete general labour duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
•    Previous farm, agricultural, or outdoor labour experience
•    Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
•    Ability to safely operate or learn to operate farm equipment
•    Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labour
•    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•    Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Bonus Points For:
•    Experience operating tractors, skid steers, or other agricultural equipment
•    Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license
•    Mechanical aptitude or equipment maintenance experience
