Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $110-140K/year, based on experience
•    Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hrs/week

Position Summary:
•    Provide strategic leadership and direction while ensuring alignment with the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives
•    Coach, mentor, and develop department leaders, empowering them to make decisions and succeed within their roles
•    Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture focused on employee engagement and continuous improvement
•    Build strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and key business partners
•    Support the leadership team in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives without becoming involved in day-to-day task management
•    Lead organizational planning, change initiatives, and business growth opportunities
•    Monitor overall business performance using key performance indicators and work with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
•    Champion exceptional customer service while maintaining the company's reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity

Required Qualifications:
•    7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management or executive role
•    Bachelors in business-related degree is required
•    Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams
•    Strong business acumen with experience balancing people leadership, operations, and financial performance
•    Demonstrated ability to build trust, foster accountability, and lead through influence
•    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
•    Strong understanding of budgeting, business planning, and performance metrics
•    Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
•    Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and clean driving abstract

Bonus Points For:
•    Experience leading a service-based or skilled trades organization
•    Background in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or a related industry
•    CPA, CA or related designation
