Our client, a respected Southern Alberta organization, is searching for their next Inside Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company serving the construction industry, known for its commitment to quality, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as the primary liaison between clients, sales, design, and production, the successful candidate will help coordinate projects from initial quote through to delivery while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $50-55K/year
•    Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Position Summary:
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, contractors, and internal teams.
•    Manage project intake, ensuring job details and specifications are accurate and complete.
•    Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to support seamless project execution.
•    Prepare estimates and quotes in alignment with project requirements and company guidelines.
•    Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, project updates, and sales support.
•    Oversee order administration, delivery coordination, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, estimating, project coordination, or a related role
•    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
•    Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office
•    Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
