Maintenance Manager

Select People Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our manufacturing client’s team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in contributing to the smooth operations of production machinery and equipment. This role drives manufacturing performance by leading maintenance teams to meet production needs and achieve safety and productivity targets, ensuring alignment with reliability expectations.

Compensation & Hours:
•    Working shift will be Monday through Friday (day shift)

Position Summary:
•    Oversee maintenance programs for processing, packaging, refrigeration, utilities and building systems
•    Ensure maintenance practices align with industry and sanitation standards
•    Collaborate with operations, quality and engineering teams to improve reliability and line efficiency
•    Manage maintenance budgets, inventory and projects
•    Complete troubleshooting and preventative maintenance as needed
•    Provide direction and leadership to ensure performance targets are met
•    Develop and execute training and professional development plans
•    Complete performance feedback and formal evaluations
•    Maintain accurate reporting, auditing, inspections and documentation

Required Qualifications:
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in operation maintenance
•    Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
•    Independent and result-driven
•    Strong mechanical abilities including technical skills and automation processes

Bonus Points For:
•    Experience working in a food processing facility
•    Journeyman Certification in electrical or millwright
