The successful candidate will be honest and reliable – creating long term relationships with clients driving repeat sales. Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $45K–50K/year + commission, depending on experience
•    Monday-Friday

Position Summary:
•    Executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
•    Identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
•    Working with clients to provide specific solutions for their product requirements, including customizable options as needed
•    Utilizing market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
•    Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales and marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed
•    Remaining informed about industry developments and market trends

Required Qualifications:
•    Must currently reside in Lethbridge area and have a local network
•    Strong aptitude for sales, including the ability to communicate directly with clients  
•    Strong interpersonal communication skills
•    Entrepreneurial drive and desire to exceed targets and drive business growth
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to brainstorm solutions with clients
•    Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
•    High value on reliability, honesty, and pride in quality of work

Bonus Points For:
•    Photoshop experience
