Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Counter Sales to support daily parts operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $19–$22/hr, depending on experience
•    Full-time, temporary position

Position Summary:
•    Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries
•    Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs
•    Prepare quotes, process orders, and complete sales transactions
•    Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
•    Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
•    Coordinate special orders and follow up on backordered items
•    Maintain accurate records using inventory and point-of-sale systems
•    Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and operating efficiently

Required Qualifications:
•    Previous experience in customer service, parts, inventory, or warehouse operations
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•    Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Bonus Points For:
•    Experience in an agricultural, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts environment
•    Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment components
•    Experience with inventory management or ERP software
