Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to support payroll and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent support while managing payroll-related processes.

Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $22-25/hr, depending on experience
•    Full-time schedule, temporary opportunity

Position Summary:
•    Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees
•    Review timesheets, attendance records, and payroll information for accuracy
•    Maintain and update employee payroll records
•    Assist with payroll-related reporting and reconciliations
•    Prepare and process payroll adjustments as needed
•    Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner
•    Support records management and maintain confidential employee information
•    Assist with additional administrative duties as required

Required Qualifications:
•    Minimum 2 years of payroll administration
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Experience working with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
•    Understanding of payroll procedures and basic payroll legislation
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•    Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
•    Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Bonus Points For:
•    PCP designation or payroll-related coursework
•    Experience with benefits administration, ROEs, or payroll reporting
•    Education in Payroll, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
•    Experience supporting accounting or HR functions
