Job Description

Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our manufacturing client as they search for a recruiter to join their team. This position will play a crucial role within the HR team; sourcing, attracting, and screening talent to ensure role vacancies are filled! Successful candidates will be dynamic critical thinkers, with a working knowledge of the Lethbridge job market.
 
Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $40K-$50K/year
  • Monday-Friday
 
Position Summary: 
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for positions at all levels
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Post Secondary Education in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience within the field of Human Resources is ideal 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Familiarity with recruitment practices and proper hiring processes
  • Ability to think creatively when sourcing candidates and determining recruitment strategies
