Compensation & Hours:
•    The rate of pay will be $18 - $20/hr.
•    This is a temporary position  

Position Summary:
•    Clean and organize construction, industrial, or outdoor work areas
•    Dispose of debris, trash, and recyclable materials
•    Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment (e.g., brooms, shovels, pressure washers)
•    Assist with moving materials and supplies as needed
•    Ensure work areas are safe and free of hazards
•    Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
•    Report any unsafe conditions to supervisors

Required Qualifications:
•    CSA Approved Steel Toed Boots
•    Previous experience in a labor-intensive or construction environment is a plus but not required
•    Strong work ethic and attention to detail
•    Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
•    Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
•    Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move materials as necessary
•    Ability to follow instructions and work safely
•    Must have reliable transportation to the work site
•    Exemplary attendance record
