Job Description
Select People Solutions is looking for reliable, motivated, hardworking, skilled construction labourers for our client in Lethbridge. If you’ve got carpentry skills and care about doing solid, detailed work, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $19-22, based on experience
• Monday – Friday with potential Saturday shifts
Position Summary:
• Helping with general carpentry tasks
• Doing touch-ups, repairs, and detailed finishing work
• Checking framing, mechanical installs, and helping with quality control
• Using power tools safely (nailers, saws, drills, etc.)
• Reporting site issues and supporting leadership
• Loading and unloading heavy construction materials and moving them to the appropriate locations
• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in finish carpentry
• Class 5 driver’s license with reliable vehicle
• Previous experience on a construction site with strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures
• Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
